My manager and director back me up when conflict or conflicting information comes up.

There is generally mutual respect and trust. We are able to build on that to make work enjoyable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Transparency about the comparable pay. I want to know what people in my similar situation are being paid, in $$$, at other companies. I've been told they've adjusted pay, but I still see people leave for higher pay at equivalent jobs.
