What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Really respect the culture of "as long as you get your work done we don't care about much else" and how 9/80 days are sacred and are rarely asked to work during them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm paid based on an average across engineering rather than for the work that I'm doing and the experience I have. I would rather be paid based on current work/value to company and/or my previous experience rather than a blanket line drawn through the middle of all of engineering.
