it has taken a toll on me mentally and physically. I'm basically just working for my retirement day as i honestly see no evidence of what I've been doing for years ever changing .

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i feel there is no chance to advance my career at Bell despite many years with the company let alone with experience and education. There is certainly no chance for anyone of advanced age to move into a more preferrable job opportunity at least for anyone who is at the lower level.
