I find the teams in Texas to be the nicest people around. They are skilled, friendly and respectful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We talk face to face and discuss possibilities to improve process and effectiveness. Everyone is willing to listen.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is friendly, forward thinking and eager to meet the next milestone. We've had some tough situations to figure out and my manager's sat at the table until we found the solution. That was worth everything to me. Many of my prior managers would have gone home and left me to figure it out.
