Finding a close parking spot.
What are some of the best things about your team?
When someone is in need we step in and help. Most times they already know you will need help and step in without you having to ask. Good to work with a team that has your back.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leaders that have been at Bell for a while and have knowledge and experience do better on the floor. Knowing what your employee actually does will better help serve their needs and make for a better work environment.
