We are like a family and supportive of each other.

Being busy and helping those who require help to do their job better...taking problems away from my boss and returning with solutions.

The young people are great...Being older, I listen and learn from their perspectives. I wish we focused on keeping them in the family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I live and work overseas in a high-cost city. I wish my benefits package considered the actual cost of living and how I do not have the conveniences of life one has in the DFW area. I am embarrassed for the company when friends and family learn how cheap the company is.
