My experience and education brings more to Bell than is recognized. Positions and salaries are off from department to department within IPTs.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I work great with my team; however, it is apparent that other teams are very "good ol' boy" oriented. '
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like and respect my manager as he communicates and cares about what we do every day. I do not trust nor enjoy working for the manager above him.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The culture of the company is fine. The culture of the team I am on needs refreshing. Just because you have been at Bell 20 plus years does not mean you are a quality LEADER not a competent manager.
