Disappointing. This place is horrible. The only way is up.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There are positives? What positives? Time off.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Focusing less on numbers and more on the team they employee. Mandatory overtime is killing the morale at Piney Flats TN, Strikes and Unions have been mentioned. Something needs to be done to prevent that. Wages are still too low to support rising inflation and cost of living.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I dip into saving to pay for groceries on my regular wage. Its depressing knowing that without OT, I go into work only to fail at providing for my family. I'm not sure how much longer my savings account can support this. I love what I do, but apparently that does not pay the bills.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Its all about the Benjamins. Employee care is evidently low. A pizza party, or raffle isnt going to fix low morale. We dont have the tools or facilities to do our job correctly, norms that have set in prevent process improvement. Heads need to roll at PF. Regime Change Wage Increase to Market. AC!
