It has been great. It is much different, in a good way, than other big companies that I have worked for. I hope it stays that way.

Generally, they seem to be down to earth, no-nonsense type of people.

We work well together and cooperate to get our jobs done in support of the Bell objectives.

There is less focus on the PC agenda than at other big companies that I have worked for.
What makes you most happy at work?
The focus on work-life balance. It is much more important here than other places I have worked.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love having a good pharmacy on site. It is extremely convenient and saves me a lot of time. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is usually well stocked.
