I have more experience and credentials than my counterparts yet am not paid as much
What makes you most happy at work?
Not being micromanaged and allowed to do my work without someone constantly asking me what I'm working on.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More collaboration within projects. There are people who have the knowledge but don't want to share it.
