I love working for Bell. I have worked for Bell most of my career except for the time I got laid off.

My team and the work load.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My direct supervisor is great. the facility is very nice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along very well and have a good time at work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to care about me personally. They engage with us socially.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the cost of living, inflation, going up my pay is not keeping up. Every month things get more expensive, but my pay does not change. We have benefits election coming up and we will see how much more it's going to cost me.
