Since I started, I have experienced support and feedback from my leaders. I feel as though they care about my career success as well as my personal well being. There has always been open communication and I feel like I can go to my manager for anything. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly.

The team I'm apart of works hard, but also knows how to make the day enjoyable and fun. We are a fun group that doesn't always take things too seriously.

The feeling of knowing that I'm trusted to do my job and not micromanaged. I feel supported by my manager and that they are always there to help me with any challenge.
