The recognition of ERGs are nice, and having the opportunity to create a community at the company is great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comparing myself to peers outside the company in the same industry with the same title, compensation is a lot lower. There could be benefits that could make up for it, but other than the United Health Insurance, there aren't many benefits to make up for the pay compensation.
