Wanted to comment on how Bell can recruit top talent. A good start would be to advertise Bell better. 1) Add more advertisement signs on major hwys (like colleges do). 2) The new logo/new Bell store apparel has helped. Lower the prices though. 3) Have HS students visit Bell to learn of careers.

Excellent place to work - I feel very lucky to be here and serve in Bell's mission and to support the people who support our country by serving in the military or other essential workers such as police forces, search and rescue workers, fire fighters, medical evacuations and so many others.
