They communicate with lower-level employees to make them aware of what is happening across the program.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People try to help anyway possible when you have a task to work on together with other departments.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More money when putting in years in the industry is met along with education level. If you don't want to pay more, then give more time off to balance out or pay for full education after being here for a few years.
