The ability to use my skillset to contribute. Comradery and seeing friends/coworkers
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work in a comparatively small department and this allows everyone to have to work together at times. We're close knit, and we work well together. Our small group kind of forms its own culture which is beneficial
What are some of the best things about your team?
Cooperation and having a goal that we each strive to achieve. Communication is great within our team, so that feeds the cooperation and allows us to have a relaxed yet very effective execution of goals and attaining timelines on those goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
From October 2014 to October 2024 I've gotten $7.44 in monetary compensation. That is 18.07% in TEN YEARS. Inflation based government C.P.I. in those 10 years is 38.4%. So my income has GONE DOWN 20.33% compared to inflation in the last 10 years. It's even worse if you go back 15 years.
