They need to understand the business as a whole and stop making decisions that only improve their function.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is evidence that Lisa expects accountability from them and I can see some instances where they are starting to work together rather than independently
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We put to much focus on non-monetary compensation such as paid time off. Inflation has risen @ 7% in 2021, 6.5% in 2022 and is pacing to be around 4% for 2023 while salaries have risen by approximately 3% YOY for the same period.
