Great teamwork. Most everyone has each other's backs when assistance is needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are so many ways to belong here. There are engagement groups, ERGs, events, etc. And the company supports what matters to you whether that be charity, family, activity, etc.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All the benefits... 9/80s, generous 401K, allowing me to cover my spouse on the insurance even through is employer does, pharmacy onsite, etc. Anything I can do to save money and take care of my family.
