The comradery at all levels.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compared to other companies I've worked for in the past, I feel back has a very well-rounded benefits package (401K contributions, insurance options, vacation / PTO, and flexible schedule).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel the leadership team is making a concerted effort to set clear priorities for the company which can be flowed to the lower levels of management, planned for properly, and executed in the coming year.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The willingness to help each other is my favorite attribute of my co-workers. If I don't know something, they are willing to teach me. If I don't have the time / resources needed to complete a task, they are willing to step in. If they've been through it before, they share their experiences.
