The last few years of my 16 yr career at Bell have been amazing. I work for one of Bell Best. He is extremely knowledgeable, fair, understanding and invests in his team as well as is dedicated to making the best product for the customer.

Knowing I work for one of the best Teams and great bosses.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is transparent and holds themselves to the same accountability they do their teams and they actually invest in their teams and challenge them, not just pass the buck.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team are truly rock stars! They get the job done but still know how to make the job a place we want to come everyday. They are willing to help when you have questions, volunteer when someone needs a hand. Its more than a team, its like family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One thing i love most about Bell employees is they give back. Fundraising is huge at Bell and most employees don't hesitate to dig in their pockets to give back. The other thing would be the Bell Values. They are witnessed happening from the CEO all the way down through the company.
