We have goals and we achieve them together. We are big on teamwork and getting the product out in a timely manner.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
12 years working and still haven't reached the first top out. I'm thankful for the new top out but it will take me 7 more years to get there.
