At different times I have gone from loving it to hating it over the past 18 yrs. It's been more positive than negative. My frustration has been being skipped over year after year for promotion after receiving accolades for my work and receiving numerous 4's on my PMP.

When my contributions are actually acknowledged.

Transparency is very much appreciated. That is the biggest change that I have seen over the years.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My specific team is akin to a brotherhood. This has been the case in most of the groups I have been in in my 18 years at Bell. The only exceptions were some of the very large Engineering design groups I was in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A lot of people around me have left the company successfully obtaining raises due to the past few years of huge inflation. Bell has hinted at an adjustment, but I have only seen a few people get adjusted and they have all been junior level folks. I'm feeling the need to seek an adjustment soon someh
