I have had a great experience, I've been able to move across and up in the organization for the 20 years I've been at Bell. I have not had a need to look elsewhere in my career due to the opportunities and the people I have interacted with across the business.

Working with my team on a daily basis.

They lift each other up.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are very supported in driving change and pushing the boundaries.

Knowing that I add value and have an impact on helping Bell be successful.

I was able to meet with several people and was taken on campus to see our product.

They appear to collaborate well together and want what is best for the company and the employees.

The team is very passionate about Bell and it's future. Very collaborate and engaged with each other.

It's the desire to do more and for the most part have the support to take risks and push boundaries.
