I love working with a team of passionate, like-minded professionals. Most everyone here is pulling in the same direction.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In addition to the 'standard' compensation package, we have 9/80 Fridays where we work extra hours during the week and have every second Friday off. I LOVE this benefit!
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that our company does something unique in a way that is unique in our industry and that we are allowed to enjoy ourselves while doing interesting and important things.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Bell are on a journey to move the needle when it comes to our culture and I love that our whole leadership team are part of the journey and our aligned with our CEO's vision
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy the positivity and enthusiasm our CEO's vision and passion add to our culture. We know where he sees us going as a company and how he wants us to get there, and there is always room for fun along the way. We are truly doing things that make a difference to others.
