It depends where you work, some groups in Engineering are still stuck in the 80's. People are treated poorly, they want more heads on sticks, whatever that means to them. No training. Sink or swim mentality. Arrogant and condescending leaders. Some people are lost and nobody guides or teaches them

Very cohesive, we have each other backs but we are rare, there are many other groups with low morale and where people don't know or care for each other

My leadership team (Manager, up to Director Level) gives me the opportunity to grow professionally, challenges us to make things better and listens to our feedback. They do a great job recognizing our hard work. It is a true family where everybody cares for each other
