I've experienced highs and lows over the past 10 years. The last several years have changed the company's direction and my perceptionl. The biggest difference in this company is Mitch Snyder. His vision and leadership is great for Bell and will surely lead to decades of prosperity.

Most team members will go above and beyond their duties if it means the difference between making or missing a deadline.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is knowing for sure that my compensation is a direct reflection of my performance. Short Term Incentive Compensation (STIC) and merit increases are properly used by my leadership as rewards for exceeding.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all driven and completely vested in Bell. They are transparent and continue share information, regardless of the nature. Our CEO has built a team that has accepted his vision and are doing what it takes to evolve Bell into a market disruptor.
