
I have been with the Textron family for over 20 years and have never seen myself anywhere else. When I see the Bell aircraft on the news bringing folks home, assisting our military, or taking supplies to those in need, that feeling is unbelievable and has never ceased.
All of it - I do not focus as much on earnings/benefits as much as job satisfaction and meaningful work.
My current team is very collaborative and knowledgeable. If we have to go outside the team, there are knowledge gaps that slow progress.
I love knowing that our aircraft, whether military or commercial, are getting our folks safely to their destination, saving lives, delivering aide, etc globally.
The environment is inviting and open to all ideas and cultures. Employees have many opportunities to learn multiple parts of the business and easy to network.
Still learning the new folks in leadership at the executive leader and the path they will lead us. As for my own leader, they strive to make us successful and help us develop to our fullest potential.
The Leadership Team has the drive and ambition to not only focus on the future of vertical lift, but maintain our current stance in the market through military and commercial aircraft. In addition, the Leaders focus on the development of the most important asset which is the employees.
The comradery, brainstorming opportunities, and even healthy debates allows our team to grow and put the best interest of the employees and company first. The commitment we have to one another and the excitement for each new day (opportunity) is engaging and contagious for other teams around us.

This is a toss-up: the employees that I support and the love of my job. When you can combine truly enjoying what you do everyday and the employees that motivate and engage you with their commitment and love for their job, I can't help but smile everyday I get to enter the facility!
