I am very grateful for the STIC and LTIC as it has significantly helped my ability to support our family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The 9/80 work week is the biggest game changer in the three decades I have been at Bell and the improvement in facilities is the second biggest.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The Tech Fellow team has an extreme level of talent for both past and future technology which is both deep and wide. I am constantly learning from them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are pushing new boundaries for technology and also trying very hard to change our culture to match or exceed our competition. It has made a significant difference in the morale of our employees.
