I appreciate the 20 days of vacation per year, the ability to carry over up to 2 years of vacation, and the availability of 10 days of sick leave that can be used as needed without negative implications.

The culture is one where everyone is willing to help their peers achieve their goals, and the only limits an individual has at Bell are those that they place on themselves. Leaders work to help employees achieve their goals and get to a place where they are happy with work.
