Little by little, people are hopping on board with our company values. Our values make us an uplifting and unique place to work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Entry level salary has increased to remain competitive, but the rest of the organization has not adjusted. Currently, we have P1s making more than P2s, and obviously, that is not fair.
