I like how my leaders are transparent in the flow of information and how they inspire me personally to dream and execute.

Bell has been developing a culture of challenging the status quo and delivering novel experiences. I enjoy watching (and participating) change happen before my eyes.

Being a program-centered company, having a group of individuals located together that share in the same objectives as you allows creative opportunities to arise without fear of disrespect.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the work that I get to be a part of. Changing Bell by bridging the gap between history and future, changing our customers thinking on what is possible and delivering unique solutions, I believe are the hallmarks of design.
