
Our parent company, Textron, controls a lot of what Bell is allowed to do, compensation structures, etc. This really ties Bell's hands in a lot of situations - particularly being able to pay employees what they're worth.
I have the best team! It is a group of people who are excited about the future of the company, and really embrace the culture and the role they play in helping Bell achieve what we've set out to achieve.
It's changing in such a positive way. Bell used to be such a traditional, boring, male-driven company. It is now much more laid-back (dress for your day, outdoor space, 9x80 work weeks, etc.), it's a more fun environment and it has such an exciting future!
I've been with Bell for 8 years, and I've never seen our Executive Leadership team more aligned and engaged with each other and the business in general. This is a testament to the leadership and vision Mitch has provided, as well as the culture he's aimed to establish.
