Allison is the BEST Leader out there. She's full of life!

I do not feel that Bell has a good compensation policy.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel that I have a huge impact on Bell's growth internationally, and I enjoy providing solutions that bring Bell to new locations!

I think we have a great leadership team. From managers up to SLT, the message is clear - Be bold and be empowered to make change!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team does a great job living the "Lift Each Other Up" value. Within my two years here, I have seen our leadership team at company events, I have listened to them speak at ERG events, and they showed their support for a lost team member. They are fully invested in our success!
