In my role, I have the unique opportunity to work with many groups across the business. I am consistently reminded how good the people are and how cool the products we work on are. I also take great pride in what we do for the military. I love calling Bell home and I don't see that changing!

My favorite is the 9/80 work weeks - we get every other Friday off!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They trust you. Even as a younger employee, I have never felt like I wasn't respected or trusted. Bell does a great job of empowering everyone.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all really close. We care about one another at work and outside of work. I feel truly blessed to work with these people every day!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
How real they are. They do a great job of reminding you that they are just people like all of us are. They also make you feel seen and heard when you have the opportunity to work with them.
