I love the company and what we create here. The mission of the company makes you proud of what you are working on each day. Again, just rewarding employees for loyalty of staying here would really elevate the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all support one another, joke around and support one another. It is a small family.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do! And now I have the opportunity to do side passion projects with the support of my leadership team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Bell is very much an old aerospace cultured environment. I can see that our leadership team is trying to change that culture to make it a more enjoyable place to be.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The flexibility of the work hours. I know I can work extra hours to make up time when or if I have to leave early. THe work life balance is easy to attain because of it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Just salary comparison across other aerospace companies. Loyalty to the company does not seem to be rewarded. I feel as though its better for me to jump to another aerospace company for a few years and then come back. You see proof of that, in a lot of engineer managers.
