When I started at Bell as an intern, I always knew that this was where I wanted to work until I retire.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In my role, I have direct access to an ELT member. He has always had an open door policy and is very engaged with his workforce.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our compensation model does not allow for a base salary increase for completion of masters/phd or certifications. We should reevaluate compensation after completion of such accomplishments.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a team. I know that I can count on my coworkers in all situations. We are one voice and aligned to our strategy in all our interactions with our client groups.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what our products do. We have changed the way the world flies and our products preserve freedom. I am so proud to work at Bell, knowing that every department in some way impacts the world in a positive way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Bell has made vast improvements on bringing health and wellness to the facility. Our Health and Wellness Center is top notch. The massage therapist who offers appointments is also top notch. I feel like Bell cares about my health and wants to create an environment of wellness for physical health.
