
In my role, I have direct access to an ELT member. He has always had an open door policy and is very engaged with his workforce.
Our compensation model does not allow for a base salary increase for completion of masters/phd or certifications. We should reevaluate compensation after completion of such accomplishments.

Bell has made vast improvements on bringing health and wellness to the facility. Our Health and Wellness Center is top notch. The massage therapist who offers appointments is also top notch. I feel like Bell cares about my health and wants to create an environment of wellness for physical health.
