There's no doubt that this company cares about their employees. It shows from the support we get daily, the work-life balance, the laid-back environment, the events they host for us, the onsite clinic and discounted prices at the onsite pharmacy, I could just go on. I am truly happy at BELL!

We work together to get things done, we joke and laugh together which makes it a fun environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture at Bell is AWESOME. It's like a big "small company" and being a big fish in a small pond. Bell is also a fun environment, there's always fun event going on.
What makes you most happy at work?
The onsite Starbucks cafe and the onsite clinic!! But really, the fact that my manager provides constant support and is always there when I need him is what I have always wanted in a work place.
