I like the overall challenge, but my company is lacking diversity (people of color) in management at every level. This perception is difficult to retain people of color. They ultimately seek advancement at other companies.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My spouse is a non-engineer at a local company with one year less experience and salary exceed mines. We both have two decades of experience. I am over do for an equity adjustment.
