I've been at Bell for years, and I've noticed the positive difference in culture and awareness to all employees at Bell due to the change in Leadership.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We collaborate daily always asking for eachother's input. We recognize the strengths of our teamates and may utilizie them more to help improve what we are working on.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are paid relatively to the market and knowing Bell takes pay equity serious is also a plus. Paid for performance culture allows me to independently manage my own compensation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I truly believe our employees have the best skills and talent which makes us better as a whole. Love the new brand and vision as well. It has brought a breath of fresh air back to Bell.
