We have a hierarchical structure to manage span of control; however, our leadership acts very organically to effectively flatten the organization and have more efficient lines of communication.
AIT (Assembly Integration Team) is a relatively new group with a vision for improving how Bell develops new products. The team is pretty excited about how this vision has become a reality over the last 3 new product developments (525, 505, V-280) and is continually improving the approach.
