We're on the brink of something HUGE happening. Something that will change Bell in a very positive and significant way.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Over the past several years Bell has been a high performing business unit and the STIC (bonus) has been higher than the target amount.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have a hierarchical structure to manage span of control; however, our leadership acts very organically to effectively flatten the organization and have more efficient lines of communication.
What are some of the best things about your team?
AIT (Assembly Integration Team) is a relatively new group with a vision for improving how Bell develops new products. The team is pretty excited about how this vision has become a reality over the last 3 new product developments (525, 505, V-280) and is continually improving the approach.
