The leadership team is focused on execution and rewards executional savvy more than meandering experiments.

My compensation including incentive mechanism is really attractive compared to my peer group across all industries. There's no question that my education was worth it here.
What makes you most happy at work?
The Starbucks in the cafeteria! But seriously, the clear impact I can have on my program by exercising the delegation and trust placed on me by my management team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I really enjoy the diversity of backgrounds among my team. Bell recruits from many areas of the country and attracts foreign candidates who often apply as soon as their Permanent Residency is processed. My team composition provides a variety of perspectives.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture and environment at Bell are overall modernizing to add engagement elements - things the employee might miss if they left. Also, at Bell, if your task throughput is high, you will quickly be given a greater variety of work, which itself is very positive for the mindset of smart people.
