(Rarely) getting time and support to work on my side projects, which don't have direct benefits right now, but help Find a Better Way to do things in the future.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Company Culture is to maintain authority in a pyramid structure, with very little authority given to lower level management and individual contributors. The pyramid should be flattened, and all employees empowered to make more decisions, and then held responsible for those outcomes.
