Being able to provide for my family and set some aside for retirement, one day, maybe.

the people on the floor are like a family that looks out for fellow workers. Safety first.

taking ideas and previous knowledge and using this to allow each other to grow as a working family.
What did you like most about the interview process?
it was very direct to the point, interviewer layout in front of me what my daily task would be and asked several times if i was ok with that.
