they all bring different experiences and skills. They all agree the company needs to do better for pay, benefits, communication, career advancement opportunities.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Increase pay, improve benefits, improve professional development, more transparency around internal mobility/ job opportunities, allow for work from home, improve plant infrastructure, improve cafeteria pricing and seating space, offer international mobility.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
first understand that having ERG, ping pong table and food trucks don't make a company culture better. more fairness, more inclusiveness, clearer KPIs on personal performances, clearer objectives, better work/life balance do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
my pay is below market value, my experience outside of Bell is not valorized, no pay raise received in 4 years while other people received significant 'market adjustments' pay independently of the merit, and while some have been promoted 9 months in the job.
