One of the worst company environments I have ever been apart of. People are annoyed at you when you ask questions and are not friendly to people outside of their drect teams. The lack of training and knowledge sharing is emphasized here.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Has to be more positive in training new employees and how each person contributes to the organization.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Very political environment where people will throw others under the bus when needed. Very cut throat environment
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Creating a positive culture that helps employees learn. The culture right now is a sink or swim mentality which really huurts many employees.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
FOr my team the coworkers are not firendly and only eat lunch at their desks and keep working. This was even before COVID. More social interatctions and team lunches are needed
