My personal experience at Bell has been a very good one. I have had opportunities to venture out and work in different positions allowing me to gain experience and product knowledge.

They are transparent with what they can share.

Working with our CAD/CAM systems.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is my salary.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Bell has a good culture of work and life balance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is always looking to solidify the future of this company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Too much gossip going on along with online meetings being held at their cubicle.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to do the work I enjoy is what makes my most happy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All of the options/ selections for health, vision, dental, as well as the life insurance options.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best part of our team is that we seem to get along really well and communicate with each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My direct supervisor fosters a great working environment for the whole team and takes care of all of us equally!
