VERY good, however the unnecessary rounds of audit reviews for Supply Chain actions are contentious and after 4th or 5th round, No Value Added.

Bell is forward thinking and so is the product line.

Not having to make corrections to my award files, per the many many many reviews and checklist actions.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some have difficult attitudes that impact group success. This was especially in Dev programs. Many SILOs to deal with.
