Generally very friendly and get along well together. Not afraid to learn something new to support our goals.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I think there should be more trust and empowerment in employees and mid-level managers. If you can't trust an employee to work remotely, you shouldn't have hired them. Also, we need to catch up with industry rates so we can attract/retain experienced talent (while growing from within as well).
