Closing a project over the finish line, seeing / hearing happy customers, solving walk-in issues, together.

collaborative and supportive of each other, we enjoy each other's performance and contributions, and we have good side-bar discussions

We work on exciting products with some of the brightest talent anywhere. We are "better together" and get stuff done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This is a very recent ISSUE with inflation totaling 19% since 2020 and my compensation stalled at LESS THAN HALF of inflation! I am not keeping up with this prices.
