That they are approachable and always willing to be part of our events.

I have freedom, allowed to be creative and I get to travel (when COVID isn't around)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That managing up is not a factor for promotion...it is actually reliant on doing one's job well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus...I never had that before. It reinforces the commitment to rewarding and compensating talent--just not at the leadership level.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That they are all sooooooo talented. I am literally on team that is like the Chicago Bulls of the early 90's. If you are not aware of basketball references...that simply means I am on an outstanding team.
